A before-and-after picture of organic green snow peas. They are 3 1/2 days old and have even begun to grow a 2nd tail. This sprouted bunch was less than half the size before sprouting. There are so many to eat, we had them wrapped in a chile tortilla with red leaf lettuce for breakfast. (no time o make a delicious hummus for it this morning) To learn how to sprout, check out
